Lisa is a member of the HR Compensation and Benefits team. She reports to the Trustee on the day to day operation and running of the Scheme including communications to members. In addition, Lisa’s responsibility is to monitor the services given to the Scheme by third party providers including the Scheme’s administrators, investment managers, actuaries and the various consultants.
