Updating your details

During retirement it is very important that you keep us informed of any changes to your personal details.

Change of address
If you move it is important that you inform us of your new address as soon as possible by writing to us at the address below. Please remember to quote your pension reference number and National Insurance number in all correspondence.

Change of bank details
If you want to change the account that your pension is paid into, you will need to inform us of your new account details in writing using the contact details below. We can pay your pension into any bank or building society account (including overseas accounts) but we are unable to make pension payments by cheque or in cash. Please note that the account MUST be in your name and the request MUST be signed by you.

Please note existing bank accounts should not be closed until you have received written confirmation from the Ipswich Payroll team that the payment can be made to your new account. Always quote the Prudential scheme and both your personal reference number and National Insurance number in all correspondence.

Change in marital status or dependants
Should you marry, divorce or wish to make changes to your chosen dependants within the pension gurantee period of the first 5 years of retirement please complete an ‘Expression of wish’ form and send it to the address below.
