The Trustee of the Scheme

The Prudential Staff Pension Scheme is set up under trust and is managed by Prudential Staff Pensions Limited (PSPL), a ‘Corporate Trustee Company’.

The Board of the Corporate Trustee Company consists of a number of Directors (known as Trustees), who are responsible for running the Scheme. They make sure that contributions are collected, benefits are paid, that the assets of the Scheme are properly invested and all money is correctly accounted for.
